Club Policy

The following policies are endorsed by the Vietnamese Engineering Student Association:

• Membership fee is $20 a semester and must be paid on time.
• All membership fees are counted toward the maintenance of the club's computers and its activities. There will be a financial report at the end of the month.
• Any member can invite their guests into the club. However, the host member is responsible for their guests' behaviors and actions.
• All the club benefits and resources are for members only. Sharing computer account and club access is forbidden.
• School work is our top priority. Other works using the club resources will be taken as 2nd priority.
• All members are expected to clean up after themselves. All members are expected to maintain a good image and a clean environment within the club.
• Any person who fails to pay the membership fee will automatically lose their computer account and access to the club.
• Any member or non-member who is destructive and abuse to the club resources and equipments will be asked to leave.
• Club officers have the duty and the authority to enforce all the rules above.
